Fontainebleau Association

Fontainebleau is a wonderful neighborhood in the heart of Mandeville, with more green spaces and amenities than most comparable subdivisions in the area.

Established in 1992, Fontainebleau is conveniently located just five minutes from the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway and close to schools, shopping and hospitals. There are 243 homes in the neighborhood including families and retirees. The amenities and recreational spaces are some of the best in the area.

Our neighborhood has wonderful amenities including a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and more.

Our facilities include a pool (plus wading pool), two tennis courts, sports field, picnic area, ponds, a walking/jogging path, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. The clubhouse has a common room, a utility room, restrooms with showers, two offices and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave oven. It's perfect for parties or community meetings.
